Study Adda Library – Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. Once a seat is allotted, it cannot be transferred without prior approval from the management.
3. Fees must be paid on or before the due date. If payment is not received by the due date, the admission/invoice may become null and void, unless otherwise approved by the management.
4. Membership validity starts from the agreed joining date and cannot be extended without management approval.
5. Any issue regarding admission, fees, seat allocation, or facilities must be reported within 2 days of payment by the member. Complaints after this period may not be entertained.
6. Members are responsible for their personal belongings. Study Adda Library shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
7. Lockers are provided only for convenience. Members should always keep them locked.
8. Members must maintain silence, discipline, and a healthy study environment.
9. Eating is permitted only in the designated lunch area. Only drinking water is allowed inside the study hall.
10. Smoking, alcohol, drugs, gambling, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
11. Misconduct, abusive behaviour, disturbance, damage to property, or violation of library rules may result in cancellation of membership without refund.
12. CCTV surveillance is in operation for security purposes.
13. Management may change seats, timings, facilities, fees, or rules whenever necessary for smooth operation.
14. Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership in the interest of discipline and safety.
15. Membership Plans & Fees: The standard 1-month Full-Day Fixed Seat Membership is ₹4,500/-.
16. The standard 1-month Full-Day Flexible Seat Membership is ₹3,000/-.
17. The above-mentioned fees are the standard membership rates. Discounts, promotional offers, and special pricing are subject to availability, applicable offers, validity periods, and management approval.
18. Availing any discount or promotional offer does not create a permanent entitlement to the same discounted price for future renewals or memberships.
19. Membership plans, discounts, offers, and availability may vary from time to time at the sole discretion of the management.
